nama apa ye sebenarnya buah ni ? kalau kat kedah ... orang panggil buah Kriang Dot ... x tau la mana asal usul nama buah ni ... x tau la pulak nama saintifik dia apa dia ... kat negeri lain pon x tau la apa panggilan buah ni .... nama apa ek ????

dh lama sebenarnya x makan buah ni ... sejak sekolah rendah rasanya ... (ps: entry ni x de kena mengena dgn org mengidam ^_^) kalau mkn buah ni habis purple gigi dgn lidah ....

buah ni diimport khas dr Alor Setar ... 3 hari tunggu baru sampai ... nasib baik bleh makan lagi ... alkisahnya ada family dari Teluk Intan yang bertanyakan buah ni ... dekat 2 bulan jugak la baru jumpa ... kalau dulu mmg senang nk cari buah ni ... tp disebabkan kepesatan ekonomi dan keadaan muka bumi yang berubah-ubah ... buah ni dh semakin dilupakan ... dh nk pupus agaknya ... TQ la kepada adinda tercinta di AS yang bersusah payah mencarikan buah ni ...

kalau nk tau buah ni rasa dia ada yg manis dan ada yg kelat ... manis kepayauan la lebih kurang .. ada 2 jenis sebenarnya buah ni ... satu jenis yg kecik ... satu lagi yg besar mcm gambar kat atas tu .... generasi baru la ni mungkin x tau kot buah ni ... ^_^

PNM Family Day

family yg diadakan pada 16 May 2009 bertempat di kawasan perkelahan air terjun kanching, rawang ... macam biasa redah je ... tak tau pon kat mana tempatnya ... tempat yang menarik untuk bawak family bermandi-manda ... yg plg best sure la budak-budak ... nak main air je kejanya ... kalau dh yg budak2 busy nk mandi so kita biarkan lah yg dewasa je bermain ^_^ cabutan bertuah pon banyak jugak ... bleh kata semua orang la bertuah ...

What : Circuit Run II (13 loops x 2.36 K)

Where : Lake Garden

When : suppose to start at 7:45 pm .. due to heavy rain .. started at 8:30pm

Why : as a preparation for KLIM 2009

i'm really cannot imagine how people can run such a long distance ... but after I've experience it myself .. i'm sure we can do it ... if got enough training and strong determination ... the race started quite late due to the heavy downpour ...

almost 100 runners joined this race ... we ran in the dark for certain section of the route ... my personal best for this 30K was 3:50:15 .... and the last runner finished the race at 1:20 am ... bravo to the very high spirit ladies .. ^_^

What : New Balance Pacesetters 15K

Why : for those interested and eager to run or just run for fun ...

I heard the announcer said this year events attracted about 1,870 runners ... arrived early around 6.20am so quite easy to park my car near to the "Tapak A" at Lake Garden ... many runners were already walking to the starting line ... and also runners in the midst of doing their warm up ... 15K ? whoaa ... my first experience running this distance ... but I had experience in half marathon so maybe I can expect what is coming along the route to the finish line ...

from other runners blogs I read .. last year event was held at Padang Merbok ... so quite tough for a beginner like with the new route ... the Kenny Hills in the best part ... even lorries have to go slow at the hill area ... so what are the different with human ^_^ ... can see many runners already walking at this area ...

what I like about this events:-

• well organised
• enough water stations
• enough fruits for refreshment after the race
• nice bib also ..

so next year maybe will be a new route ... who know ...

All came from different background and lifestyle ... but all of them share one important thing ... BIRTHDAY ^_^

Why birthday special to us as a human being ?

• we celebrate it once a year
• sometime we got something ^_^
• can be celebrated with the love one
• we feel excited on that day ..
• we can eat extra delicious food ...

For me this year besides celebrated with the love one I also received wishes from my friends and family ... THANK ALL DEARIES ^_^
