Report : Training 16 - 22 Julai 12

 jadi apa cerita aktiviti letihan minggu terakhir sebelum posa ni .. tercapaikah atau kantoikah ? ... target millage sepatutnya 37km saja ... tapi berjaya buat 40.69 km .. ha ha terlebih suda ... tapi berlarinya 9 km saja .. lagi belen mampu kayuh gerek saja (sila google kalau nak tau apa itu gerek) ... gerek statik saja pon ... antara sebab musabab utama ada program cuti-cuti Malaysia la pulak ... macam biasa kalau cuti training pon ikut cuti sekali .. apa bleh buat ...
