when you stop running for 2 months ... then it will be very though to start it back ... to burn all the calories and fat due to ketupat, rendang, lemang, air sirap, durian (got durian ek ?), etc etc ...
but what ever hurdle ... i must follow my training schedule again ...
next race will be Penang Bridge International Marathon (PBIM) on 22 November 2009 ... but I only registered for the Half Marathon only ... it will be starting at 3.30 a.m. at Queens Bay Mall

this is the Grand Prize Lucky Draw ... for the most luckiest runner on that day ... hopefully my number ^_^ sowho wants to run and bring home a car ... come and joining me .. lets run on Penang Bridge at 3.30 a.m. ... ^_^
